Our proofing and production time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on our current workload. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. While we strive to send out proofs before engraving or cutting, we've observed that some customers place orders and don't return to check for updates. This can significantly slow down our processing time and may cause bottlenecks in production. However, rest assured, we'll make every effort to send a proof if one hasn't been requested.
