WORK FLOW:
Our process for fulfilling your order is as follows:

1. We receive your order and begin processing it.
2. Within 1-2 days, you will receive a black and white digital proof via Etsy convo.
3. Upon approval of the proof, we proceed with laser engraving and cutting.
4. After engraving is completed, we carefully package your finished product.
5. The final step is shipping the product to you.
On average, this entire process takes 3 to 7 days to complete depending on our workload. This does not include shipping time.
